How old do I have to be to start Driver's Education?
You must be 15 years 9 months to start the classroom portion of the Driver's Education program.
When can I get my Learner's Permit?
The minimum age to get your Learner's Permit is 16 years old.
Do I need to take Driver's Education to get my Driver's License?
If you are under the age of 18, Massachusetts requires you to successfully complete an RMV approved Driver's Education Program and have the Driver's Education Certificate issued before you can book and take your Driver's License test.
Do I need to have my Learner's Permit to attend Driver's Education Classes?
No. As a matter of fact, the Driver's Education Classes will prepare you to take the Learner's Permit Test.
How do I schedule my driving lessons?
You can schedule your driving lessons online by email or by phone.
Where is the pick-up and drop-off for the driving lessons?
You can choose your pickup location when scheduling your driving lessons. We are able to pick you up and drop you off if the locations are in Malden, Everett, Melrose, or Medford.
*We do not offer pickup/drop off services on the day of the road tests.*
What should I know about scheduling and the road test process?
Once road test is scheduled an confirmed please be advised of the following:
The RMV reserves the right to stop, cancel, or reschedule your road test at anytime.
The road test fee is non-refundable.
In the event of a failed test another Road Test fee must be submitted.
Must have had permit for at least 6 months before taking road test. * Should be know before scheduling of road test occurs *
What do I need to bring with me on the day of my Road Test?
You will need the Road Test Form filled out and signed. If you are under 18 it must be signed by your parents or guardians.
You must also bring your permit (needs to be a legible permit) and payment for the use of our vehicle and sponsor.
